Agreement: The Service provides architectural visualization services based on the 3D model (Rhino, SketchUp, or AutoCAD) and project data provided by the Client. The Service includes the application of materials, lighting, and environmental effects to produce high-fidelity images. The Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the provided model and is not responsible for correcting structural errors or missing geometry in the Client’s file unless explicitly stated in a separate Scope of Work. The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Service utilizes generative Artificial Intelligence and machine learning tools (the "AI Tools") to enhance the rendering process.
